Daniel M. Lavery - star wars author

Daniel M. Lavery is an American writer and editor, best known for his work on The Toast and Slate. He has written several books and essays, including his memoir, Something That May Shock and Discredit You, and his collection of short stories, Share Your Pain: Fictional Letters to the Universe. Lavery has also written for a number of popular publications, such as The New Yorker and The Paris Review. In the Star Wars universe, Lavery has contributed to From a Certain Point of View: The Empire Strikes Back, an anthology celebrating the 40th anniversary of the second Star Wars film.
