Ian Doescher is an American author and playwright known for his William Shakespeare's Star Wars series of books. In this series, he adapts the story and characters of the Star Wars films into the style and language of William Shakespeare's plays. His other works include the Pop Shakespeare series and the Magnificent Bastards series of improv Shakespeare performances.
