Star Wars: Darth Vader: Dark Lord Of The Sith Vol. 1 - Imperial Machine collects issues #1-6 of the comic book series. The story takes place just after the events of Revenge of the Sith as Darth Vader is adjusting to his new identity as a Sith Lord. The Emperor tasks him with hunting down and destroying any remaining Jedi who survived Order 66. Vader must confront his own inner turmoil as he carries out the Emperor's will and must deal with the ghosts of his past. The volume also introduces new characters, such as the Inquisitors, who are tasked with hunting down Jedi as well.
