Junior Jedi Knights: Promises

Junior Jedi Knights: Promises is a series of Star Wars Legends young adult novels written by Nancy Richardson Fischer. The story takes place 20 years after the events of Star Wars: Episode IV - Return of the Jedi. The series follows the adventures of Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker's son, Jacen Solo, and his best friend, Tenel Ka. In the first book of the series, Promises, Jacen and Tenel Ka are sent on a mission to investigate the mysterious disappearance of refugees from the planet, Ryloth. However, they soon find themselves in over their heads when they discover that the refugees have been kidnapped by a group of pirates who plan to sell them into slavery. With the help of their friends, they must find a way to stop the pirates and save the refugees before it's too late.
