Padawan

Padawan is a young reader's novel by Jeffrey Brown that tells the story of a young Jedi apprentice named Roan Novachez, who has dreamed of going to Pilot Academy, but instead finds himself heading to the Jedi Academy. When Roan arrives, he finds that he's not the only one who feels like an outsider, and he quickly makes friends with other Padawans. But danger is lurking, and Roan and his friends must work together to protect the academy and themselves from an evil plot.
