The Mandalorian is a live-action Star Wars series set five years after the events of Return of the Jedi. The show follows the journey of a lone bounty hunter, Din Djarin, who is hired to retrieve a mysterious and powerful asset, only to discover that it is a young child of the same species as the legendary Jedi Master Yoda. Along the way, he must protect the child from various factions that seek to capture it, including the remnants of the fallen Empire and a group of ruthless bounty hunters. Star Wars: The Mandalorian Vol. 1 — Season One Part One and Star Wars: The Mandalorian Vol. 2 — Season One Part Two are comic book adaptations of the first season of the series, following the same storyline and introducing additional details and insights into the characters and their motivations.
