Kevin Rubio is an American writer and filmmaker who is best known for his work on the Star Wars parody film Troops. He has also written several Star Wars comics, including the Tag & Bink series and the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Handbook. Rubio is known for his humor and irreverent approach to the Star Wars universe.
