Star Wars Dark Empire 2 is a six-issue comic book miniseries published by Dark Horse Comics in 1995. It serves as a direct sequel to the events of the Dark Empire series. In this story, Emperor Palpatine has returned once again, using his dark powers to inhabit the body of a clone. Meanwhile, the Rebel Alliance struggles to recover from the loss of their leader, Mon Mothma, and face new threats from both the Empire and a group of fanatical Jedi.
