Star Wars: Darth Maul - Son of Dathomir is a limited comic book series that bridges the gap between the Clone Wars animated series and the Darth Vader comic series. The story focuses on Darth Maul's escape from captivity after the events of the Clone Wars TV show and his attempts to gain power within the Sith. This graphic novel provides a unique look at the character and his motivations, as well as his interactions with other important figures in the Star Wars universe. The series was originally released in four issues and has since been compiled into a trade paperback.
