John Ostrander - star wars writer

John Ostrander is an American comic book writer, best known for his work in the Star Wars universe. He has written for several Star Wars comic book series, including Star Wars: Republic, Star Wars: Legacy, and Star Wars: Agent of the Empire. He has also worked on other comic book series, such as Suicide Squad and Grimjack.

Ostrander began his writing career in the 1980s, working for DC Comics. He later worked for Marvel Comics, where he wrote for several series, including X-Men and Punisher. In the 1990s, Ostrander began writing for Dark Horse Comics, where he began his work in the Star Wars universe. His work on Star Wars: Legacy, a series set 100 years after the events of the original Star Wars trilogy, is considered to be one of his most significant contributions to the Star Wars franchise.
