Set in the final days of the Clone Wars, the novel follows Jedi Knights Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker as they race to stop the evil Sith Lord Darth Sidious from carrying out his ultimate plan to destroy the Jedi Order and take over the galaxy. As they travel from planet to planet, facing danger and intrigue at every turn, they must also confront their own doubts and fears, as well as the growing sense of darkness that threatens to consume them both. Along the way, they encounter familiar faces such as Yoda, Mace Windu, and General Grievous, as well as new allies and enemies who will shape the fate of the galaxy.
